Last day of 2021
And we made it
Strangest year of my life so far
The best and the worst
A lot was lost but more was gained
Every morning the lights in your eyes
Illuminates the future
And we rebuke the demons
Dancing around our house
Everyday a new day
To try a new approach
The new year coming in
To help us be born again
In body mind and soul
Don’t believe the hype that resolutions don’t last
They last as long as we want them too
As long as we need them too.
Eliminate fear
And depression
Run one mile everyday
At least

No longer house excuses for how the world is
No longer focus on the crazy

Forgive easily

Charge forward as a beginner again
A permanent beginner
