Alien Christ Superstar

Let me state off the top that this is a conversation I overheard

Which was had by people that would no doubt be labeled conspiracy theorists

(For some of you that means truth tellers and for others that means lunatics. This isn’t about debate in that realm but rather relaying an interesting theory)

I myself don’t know what to believe but the conversation did excite a certain suspicion in my mind and gave it a body to walk around in my consciousness a bit. So let’s take a stroll together and see how this spaceship lands.

“For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths” (2 Timothy 4:3-4)

All anyone can talk about lately is the aliens

That are arriving as if on cue

As if they accepted an invitation to dance or a party

With a specific date and time

And we’ve been expecting them

The conspiracy theorists have been warned that the proverbial “they”

Will be rolling out an alien visitor any day now

And the media is on a mission to prep the minds of the people

And even congress had a hearing about UFOs

With key takeaways

Like

“The government is absolutely in possession of UAP’s”

And “nonhuman biologics were found at the crash site”

Noting that officials must establish a “safe” and transparent reporting method

As if the media and government are now concerned that they should be “safe and transparent”

The irony that black pilled conspiracy theorists

Won’t believe the veracity of any of this

And that so called normies will

Is in itself one for the books

But I couldn’t help but think about another ethereal and superior being that is expected to return by many

And relate it to all of this

Something kept telling me there is a relationship here

And I overheard a conversation at Jam for freedom

That made the relationship crash in my mind like an alien spaceship.

The other visitor I’m talking about is Jesus.

So what does Jesus have to do with an alien?

The conversation I heard went something like this

“The alien will come and the government will be holding or protecting said alien

For obvious safety reasons

There will be some manifestos

Or promises of alien violence from unhinged right wingers which justify the intricate safety measures

Keeping the public away from actual contact

Apart from some manicured images

And then the government (who the people have lost all faith in)

Will be delivering the messages from this alien being

Which will be delivered by the media (who the people have also lost all faith in)

But now the message they are delivering isn’t coming from them anymore

Now it will be coming from this superior being

And just like that a new church is formed

One that requires belief and faith

And one that requires visitation from something different than us

Who no doubt will have instructions for our salvation that just so happen to be in keeping with greater levels of control from the government who also happens to be the mouthpiece of this alien invader.

The people who doubt it all will be demonized as lunatics

And the people who believe it all will be championed as righteous

And society will deem this visitor our spiritual leader

Or the bringer of salvation for us all.

Sound familiar?

I overheard that and suddenly I realized why I couldn’t let go of the suspicion that on some level this impending alien visitation

Had its roots in the story of Christ

“If a prophet, or one who foretells by dreams, appears among you and announces to you a sign or wonder, and if the sign or wonder spoken of takes place, and the prophet says, ‘Let us follow other gods’ (gods you have not known) ‘and let us worship them,’  you must not listen to the words of that prophet or dreamer. The Lord your God is testing you to find out whether you love him with all your heart and with all your soul. It is the Lord your God you must follow, and him you must revere. Keep his commands and obey him; serve him and hold fast to him” (Deuteronomy 13:1-4).

Whether you believe in Jesus or not

We measure our years by his birth and his death

To me it’s just illogical to think the world would measure time to this day by a so called visitor

If that visitation weren’t as important as it is purported to be

And regardless of your belief or lack of belief

The significance of this in our collective psyche can’t really be overlooked or minimized

In other words people back then said

“You know what let’s start time now”

I say this not to argue the reality of Christ or not

But to say that the story of his life and possible return is deeply ingrained in our culture and collective psyches

Whether we believe it or not

We are waiting consciously or unconsciously for a visitation from an ethereal being

To lead us out of darkness

The history of aliens in our culture is varied

And God like as well

We have the damning and brutal violent God of Alien

And we have the loving and innocent Buddha God of ET

In Close Encounters

Lacombe states: “They were invited. They have more right to be here than we do.”

And the tension of the encounter here ends with a magnificent, interspecies symphony — as one of the scientists postulates, the visitors appear to be teaching the humans a basic vocabulary.

So again

I don’t know what to believe

Will our alien friends turn out to be loving kind hearted ethereal beings here to give us the secret of survival or salvation

Dictated to us by government mouthpieces and the media?

Or will they come to destroy us and swallow us whole?

Salvation or damnation alien style?

Who knows but I can’t help but suspect that conversation I over heard was onto something.

I am a believer and do have faith in Christ so obviously I am biased and realize this

But people need salvation and a savior

Or as Bob Dylan puts it

It may be the devil or it may be the lord

But you know you gotta serve somebody

People are satellites in need of a home base to revolve around

That’s not so much religious doctrine

As it is psychological fact

We just came out of a time where people had religious levels of faith in media and the science as it was called

I put my faith in Christ because what he said resonates as truth somewhere beyond the intellect

And because I realize that if I don’t put my faith there

My faith will go wandering off

Or fly off in a spaceship

Looking to be put somewhere

You gotta serve somebody.

And then of course we have the warnings from the Bible that let us know

Something like that conversation I overheard is coming down the pike

And again I’m not claiming to know one way or the other but if I were a betting man

I’d say that rather than phoning home

ET is about to make a collect call to the government to tell us what to do.

Yes, this is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says: ‘Do not let the prophets and diviners among you deceive you. Do not listen to the dreams you encourage them to have. They are prophesying lies to you in my name. I have not sent them,’ declares the Lord” (Jeremiah 29:8-9).
